About Gail

Gail was born in East Texas and grew up in Plano,Texas with her parents and four siblings. She is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University and thoroughly enjoyed being an elementary teacher in public and private schools for thirty years.

Gail and her husband Max were happily married for fifty years when Max went to his heavenly home in 2020. They loved family time with their two children and three grandchildren. Their favorite travels were to the Rocky Mountains.  They had always enjoyed working with youth while serving in public schools and in church ministries in Texas.

She has always been grateful for the blessings of serving her Lord, especially in teaching. She currently has the joy of Bible teaching  with children as well as women on Sunday mornings. Because of her love of worship music, she sings in the church choir. Gail helps plan and lead ladies’ Bible studies and other church ministries for women that serve the needs of women in the church and the community.

For the past twelve years, Gail has had the privilege of writing curriculum and teaching English Second Language classes in the Literacy First Ministry at FBC Conroe. It is a tremendous blessing to love and to serve the international community in the Conroe area. She and four friends recently started The English Club which gives women from various countries the opportunities for conversation as well as building relationships while adjusting to life in Texas.

“The greatest joy  in my life is to know Jesus as my Savior and to serve my God with the realization that God in the power of the Holy Spirit is living and loving through me. I desire for others to know God’s love, joy, and peace as they experience God’s faithfulness in the realities of life.”
